Consistent Western Freight for New CDL-A DriversQualified CDL-A trainees can start with paid road training and move into a Western dry van position with a dedicated planner, consistent freight and regular 34-hour resets.THE RUNFreight operates through Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. Drivers need to be comfortable with California driving, winter conditions, both day and night schedules, weekends and holidays.$1,100-$1,300 AVERAGE WEEKLY AFTER TRAININGApproximately 1,800-2,500 miles per weekOTR pay structureDriver performance bonus opportunity34-hour resetsPAID TRAINING FOR CDL-A TRAINEESThe training stage is approximately 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Arizona trainee pay is $850 per week.
