Responsible for ensuring the implementation of food safety policies and quality assurance programs, the full-time Food Safety Supervisor will oversee quality control processes, manage a team of quality crew members, and conduct facility audits while working onsite during the night shift. Key responsibilities: Support the implementation of quality programs and maintain compliance with food safety standards Supervise and direct hourly quality crew members, including payroll and performance evaluations Conduct facility audits to ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation protocols Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations HACCP certification and PCQI certification are preferred Understanding of quality testing within the food manufacturing industry Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
