Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) – client & server side
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Solid understanding of SQL concepts and GlideRecord queries
Experience with RESTful APIs (consumption & creation)
End-to-end development of custom scoped applications
Server-side scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs
Client-side scripting: UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Client Scripts
Workflow studio & Flow Logic (building flows, sub-flows, custom actions)
Integration – creating custom spokes and using built-in connectors
Service Portal development (AngularJS/Angular, widget server/client scripts)
Experience working with UI builder.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Next Experience IU framework and component libraries.
CMDB modeling, Discovery configuration, and health monitoring
ACL design, role hierarchy, and data policy implementation
Application lifecycle management (update sets, application repository, versioning, conflict resolution)
Automated Test Framework (ATF) creation and execution
Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes
Ability to profile and optimize scripts, queries, and database indexes
Experience troubleshooting instance health dashboards and logs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Ability to communicate ServiceNow best practices and implement solutions according to best practices.
Proven teamwork in Agile/Scrum environments (story estimation, sprint planning)
